frequently meet virtually, holding a conference

virtually is bound to have some hiccups along the

way

A moderator will start each session and introduce the

presenters.

Be sure when you enter a room that you are muted

Note: you mute/unmute by clicking the microphone

icon in the lower left corner

Note: you open/turn off your camera by clicking the

icon in the lower left corner

ENTER AND SIGN IN PLEASE!

Whenever you enter a room, sign in by

typing your full name in the Chat Box

If you are a presenter, type it this way:

Ginger Phillips – presenter A1a, or

Suzie Que – presenter D3b

If you are a moderator, type your name

and add: Moderator

Note: If your Zoom account is tied to someone

else’s name, you can change how it appears.

Click “more” next to the name and then “rename”

CAN I GO FROM ROOM TO ROOM?

Attendees may go from room to room by leaving the room they are in and

logging on to the room they want to go to next (remember to type your

name in the chat box whenever you enter a room)

Remember: if you are seeking CFP® credits you may not change rooms

during the CFP sessions

Moderators and presenters should not change rooms in the 90-minute

session they are moderating or presenting
