Demand for accommodated testing was increasing

DRS staff was decreasing

Series of meetings with senior staff or both offices

Result was that Exam Services would assume responsibility for the majority of their testing

Series of meetings followed to move from planning to optimizing the resources available

DRS would pick up the test.

Step 7: After the test has been completed, Exam Services scans the test and sends it to the instructors via email.

Step 6: Deliver scheduled exams.

Step 5: The day before, Exam Services downloads the test and assembles each student’s individual folder based on the schedule created by DRS in Clockwork.

Step 4: Instructors must deliver tests to DRS a minimum of 3 days prior to test date.

Step 3: Students schedule tests for upcoming exams at least 7 days prior to test date.

General Students may not test before their class time.

Students must show ID.

Special Circumstances

Students may finish sentences or complete a problem after time is called if they are in the midst of completing such question within reason.

Students can start as late as they want but the end time remains the same.

They can use the office phone in the room to contact their professors if they have a question about the test.
