are what made her famous. She isolated herself from the world and mostly

wrote about her loneliness.

She used slant rhyme in most of her work. By using slant rhyme, she was able to add

interest and tension to her poems. Dickinson also put her punctuation and

capitalization in odd places making the poetry more interesting to read.
