In order to understand the manufacture process we have devised this simple flow chart.
•Stuff•Trim•Load•Wave solder•Test•Repair

Process STEPS
A detailed analysis of the process shows the following aspects need to be considered :
• Stuff through hole components• Trim leads and inspect or re-inspect• Load board onto fixture• Load board into wave solder• Put board in wave solder kanban• Pull board from wave & place in inspection kanban• Place in board-level test kanban• Repair defects• Test final product• Deliver to production• Send test report to inspection team
