1. Expressed Power- One actually spelled out in the Constitution Ex. Establish Post Offices or Declare War
2. Commerce and Money- Type of Expressed power that deals with money or regulating trade ex. Collect Taxes or Coin Money
3. Implied Power- Power that is suggested from an expressed power Ex. Collect Taxes/Implies you can punish tax evaders!
4. Non-legislative powers- Powers dealing with topics other than lawmaking. Ex. Impeachment/removal
