Win Packaging has more numberous 10 colors roto-gravure printing presses attached with
advanced automatic scanning devices for printing registration and quality monitoring system,
at high speed and operated by technicial graduates from professional printing institutes to
ensure the excellent printing quantity.

speed dry laminators, we
produce diversified lamination
structures to satisfy protection,
Laminating
barrier and aesthetical needs of packing different
contents. From 2 layers BOPP/VMCPP for
packing chips to 4 layers PET/AL/NY/CPP for retort
packaging to cater all-rounded packaging needs of
our global customers.
Sliting
Several automatic slitting machinesare equipped for slitting the laminated films into smaller rolls for bag making convertion or tocustomers’ VFFS or HFFS for automatic packing.
In this operation, skills and experience are imperative to ensure the rollstock operaties smoothly and efficiently on the automatic packaging lines.

Pillow pouch / flat pouch are most common seen flexible packaging type in market places because of its cost effectiveness and convenience way of packing products features. 3-side-seal pouch are widely used to pack flat products such as beef jerky with euro holes to be hooked on the shelf for good presentation. Center-seal-pouch is ideal for lightweight products such as chips and seaweed with nitrogen flushed. Side-gusset-pouch will be perfect for tray-inserted products for example biscuits packaging.
