Thank you for your kind consideration towards Pancious Pancake House as the venue for your

special day. Regarding to your interest to celebrate your special day at Pancious Pancake House,

the following is the arrangement upon your function:

Set menu:

Monday to Thursday: minimum charge Rp. 60.000++/pax (adult) and Rp.

40.000++/pax (kid) is applied. The minimum charge per pax consists of foods and

beverages.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday: minimum charge Rp. 90.000++/pax

(adult) and Rp. 65.000++/pax (kid) is applied. The minimum charge per pax consists

of foods and beverages.

For capacity of more than 30 pax, set menu is obliged. To arrange a set menu can be

discussed further with the Restaurant Manager.

Booking:

For booking tables only, no minimum charge of designated venue but minimum

charge of set menu per pax is applied.

For blocking a certain area, minimum charge of designated venue is applied (see

below).

Terms and conditions:

1.

Minimum charge is applied for blocking venue (whether the capacity is fully used or not)

2.

Length of time allowance: 2 hours and 30 minutes (including preparation)

If it is more than 2 hours and 30 minutes, there is an extra charge of 10% of

total bill per 30 minutes (rounding up).

3.

No outside foods or/and drinks are allowed

4.

Any credit card programs or promotional programs are not valid for set menus

5.

Down payment:

Down payment is required for blocking-venue booking and/or set menu booking

25% of total estimated cost should be paid 2 weeks before the event date

The booking is on tentative basis until we receive down payment

6.

Bill settlement:

The remaining balance of total bill should be paid on D day

7.

Cancellation clause:

25% of total down payment will be charged if the cancellation occurs 1 week

before the event date

50% of total down payment will be charged if the cancellation occurs 3 days

before the event date

100% of total down payment will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 24hours before the event date

8.

Electricity charge:

The extra charge of Rp. 250,000/event is applied for using generator (any

applications), only at Permata Hijau outlet.

9.

Cleaning and damage charge:

Pancious Pancake House has right to charge additional fee for any damage (e.g.

garbage ex-decoration) occurred by the customer. The additional fee is

calculated depending on the damage.

10.

Sample set menu:

Please find attached sample set menu (The price of the set menu is only valid

for maximum of 1 month since the date of down payment)

Pancious Pancake House rents the equipment from PT. Lestari Potoh Mandiri

2.

The loss or damage of the equipment is responsible of PT. Lestari Potoh Mandiri

3.

The package price is inclusive electricity charge.

4.

Full payment (100%) of the equipment has to be made together with the down payment

5.

Equipment rental can be made minimum of 1 week before the event date

6.

Sound system equipment can be rented if only full area is booked (whole indoor or

whole outdoor)

7.

Time limit for equipment is adjusted to the time period of the event
