    CONCLUSION

    interventions-a panacea for survival, growth and

    hand has compelled the organizations to adopt the

    innovative HR practices or be ready to founder.

    Competitive Advantage for organizations can only be

    gained by consistent effort to innovate and create newways to achieve their objectives.
