Stiftelsen Barnas Hage is a

Kindergarten (0-6) , present in

Nøtterøy municipality, Vestfold.

There is 70 children here.

We wantet to give the children a good experience, and

encouraging wonder of natures diversity

In Norwegian: Overordnet mål: Gi barna glede og

oppmuntre til undring over naturens mangfold.

We wanted to give the children experiences in

studying, describe and have a conversation about

spiders in their environment.

The children are encouraged to use all their sences

while learning about the spiders.

Before the weekend I made and put up a

cobster web, to see «if any spider wanted to

settle down» during the weekend.

On Monday I brought a hugh plastic spider.

«Look, we have a visitor!»

We talked about the look of the spider, why

they make cobster web and why all spiders

are poison.

The kids were

climbing on a

ladder, the goal

was to tie the

rope on the tree.

Some of the kids

thought this was

scary and climbed

therefore not all

the way up, other

kids however did

climb all the way

up

Me: How long is

the rope?

J: even to the

mountain.

A: we should call

J's dad, he's really

strong.

S: I wanna make a

swing. Me: Great,

idea! Where can we

make a swing? S: (

points at a place)

O: Wanna swing

together? Im in

the rope

O: Shall we go on

the spidersweb?

V: Spidersweb is

hard to make, can

we climb on it? We

can be spiders!

Jf: The spiderweb can be

used be everyone

J: I’m gonna make a

spiderweb, Ax you

cant sit on it, because

then it will break.
