Flexi pail

Page 11: Ppc final

Flexi Pail Cube shaped recyclable package for

viscous products Composed of a thin vacuum formed plastic

liner with a hermetically sealed lid, in a corrugated over pack

The end user simply removes the top protective carton lid, peels away the inner seal, then pumps or trowels out their product

Ideal for greases, inks, paints, sealants and adhesives

Incorporates into existing filling lines and carton erecting equipment

Components are easily separated, flattened and disposed of: Corrugated is 100% recyclable

Liner is made of LLDPE (class 4) or HDPE (class2)

Cheer Pack®

Flexible re-closable package in sizes from

40 ml to 1 liter

Packages are shipped flat and once

dispensed collapse for easy disposal

The re-closable feature is key to partial

use and maintaining product quality

Integrated filling equipment can handle a

wide range of products and viscosities

includes motor oil, engine additives,

silicone, adhesives and dry wall

compounds

IBC Air assist liner

Page 15: Ppc final

Air Assist IBC Liner

Evacuates heavy greases, inks and food products using air

Design combines a removable IBC liner with an inflatable bladder that

pushes out product

Set-up and dispense is a one person operation—connect and walk away

Upon completion of dispensing, the liner is simply folded flat and disposed

Soft Cartridge®

New design to reduce packaging A combination of two injection molded end

caps with a thin outer laminated plastic sleeve

As the contents are dispensed, the cartridge

collapses

The only part to be disposed of is a 1” highly

compressed piece of plastic

Low waste volume compared to rigid plastic

or cardboard tubes
