Important to the practicing attorney is having access to materials that help to interpret/explain court rules. An annotated version of Pennsylvania court rules can be found in the Purdon’s statutory compilation. Here, in addition to the rules, you will find notes of decisions and references to treatises, ALR’s, law review articles, and practice aids that treat the rule at hand.
