characteristics that are obtained through the observation and classification of certain situations.

•Performing: apply by performing a job or task at a time.
Psychological testing
Aptitude test: measures the capacity of the
person that’s applying for a position.Intelligence test: the objective is to measure the
agility and mental capacity. Personality test: help us to notice their
emotions, general behavior, reactions and self-confidence.
This applications and interpretation of personality tests require the participation of a psychologist.

• This is a real test given by the human relations department at many of the major corporations today.
