How Can I Use This in Training Delivery/Design?
Manager Request
My employees are making too many errors. They receive information via a scanned document and they need to decipher the document and put the missing dates in the correct fields in the system. They have all been trained and are proficient in using the system. Our error rate is 93%.
Can you help?
Fact Card
Everyone knows how and why to put the information in the system, they are just too busy, so this isn’t a knowledge and skill issue with how to enter the data, but rather how to manage workloads.
