Client: An enterprise with foreign investment "URSA" - a subsidiary of the Spanish concern URALITA. The main products produced by the company - high-quality thermal and insulating materials

The object of promotion: The new line of eco-friendly materials URSA GEO

Purpose: To inform partners about entering a new product line of thermal and acoustic insulation URSA GEO into Ukrainian market

To strengthen the loyalty of the partners to a company, to motivate them for further cooperation

Forms of activity:

Intensive tour with participation of Russian and Ukrainian offices dedicated to the entry into Ukrainian market the line of materials for "green building» URSA GEO;

Client: The company Leacond - official distributor of the corporation DAIKIN (Japan) and HOVAL (Liechtenstein) in Ukraine

Geography: Intensive tour №1 Kyiv - Medzhibozh - Kamenets-Podolskiy – Kyiv Intensive tour №2 Kyiv-Lviv-Olesko-Dubno-Pidhirtsi-Kyiv Period: 1 - December 2012 2 - October 2013

Aims and objectives: Encourage partners of the company Leacond - Equipment Dealers of DAIKIN - for

effective cooperation To strengthen the loyalty of partners to the company, to motivate them for the

further cooperation To present for partners of the Leacond a new equipment DAIKIN - the system VRV IV,

and also to demonstrate the situation on the air conditioning market of Ukraine in general

To create a positive, friendly atmosphere in team, and at the same time – to create the spirit of competition.

Intensive tour №1, 2012

Organization and carrying out activities for partners of the company Leacond - Intensive tour to the castles of Podillya.

During intensive travel more than 40 representatives of partner companies Leacond from Odessa, Simferopol, Nikolaev, Lviv and other cities of Ukraine visited castles in Medzhibozh and Kamenets-Podolskiy.

In the best tradition of intensive tours, the event combined two key areas:

OFFICIAL:

Leadership Conference of Leacond, presentation of the results in 2012 on the air-conditioning market in Ukraine and worldwide Presentation of the new DAIKIN products

INFORMAL:

sightseeing tours to the region (the fortress in Medzhibozh and Kamenets, a tour to the old town in Kamenets-Podolskiy;

Quest "Keys to Success", in which guests competed in the knowledge of HVAC equipment, in wit, skill and team spirit team "Cossacks" and “Knights"

Banquet in the best restaurant of Kamenets-Podolskiy, with the participation of folk and jazz bands

Organization and carrying out activities for Leacond partners - Intensive Tour “The Golden Horseshoe of Lviv"

During intensive tour more than 45 representatives of the Leacond partner companies from different regions of Ukraine visited castles of the city of Lviv and Lviv region.

The event will combine two key areas: OFFICIAL: Leadership’s Conference of the Leacond, presentation of the 2013 results on

the Ukrainian air conditioning market Presentation of a new Daikin products INFORMAL: • sightseeing tours in Lviv, visiting ancient fortresses and castles in Olesko,

Dubno, Podgortsi • quest "Treasures of the Golden Horseshoe", in which were competed in the

knowledge of HVAC equipment, erudition, dexterity of two teams - "lions" and "tigers";

• Banquet in the restaurant of country complex "Ancient City", with the participation of folk groups, reconstruction of medieval knights fighting.

The obtained results

Intensive tours for partners of the company Leacond synthesized a team-practice (contests, creative competitions Quest), informal communication and formal part - conference.

The diversity of these practices, as well as interesting excursions to the beautiful castles of Podillya, Lviv region have led to the fact that 3 days of intensive travel passed in a friendly, full of interesting events of the atmosphere and became an unforgettable for its participants.

The quests "Keys to Success", "Treasures of the Golden Horseshoe" enabled each participant of the tours to express themselves, to feel the friendly support of colleagues, as well as bring flavor to the overall atmosphere of intensive tours.

The format of intensive tour allowed dealers to learn more about each other and about their partner - Leacond, to feel like a team of adherents.

Intensive tours increased loyalty for the company’s partners of Leacond because they have presented to the participants only positive emotions (informal part), as well as professionalism and deep market knowledge of the Leacond ‘s employees (the official part of the tour). 11

Case number 33: The IV Conference of DAIKIN’s Ukrainian dealers,

organized by European headquarters order of the Daikin Europe N.V.

The conference took place at the Limak Limra (Kemer, Turkey). Event was attended by more than 250 representatives of TM DAIKIN dealers, from all regions of Ukraine.

Special guests of the conference were representatives by DAIKIN Europe

N.V. – Kristof Peirsman and Koen Van Wynendaele. At the conference,

presentations were also made by the leaders of the three distribution

companies, representing DAIKIN in Ukraine.

The conference has been organized with an entertainment program and sporting events. So,

the traditional football championship DAIKIN was held. And at the end of each day, the

evening events were held in the format of the gala dinners.

The concert program included Ukrainian stars performances, made by "Alibi“

band, Tina Karol and Turkish artists of original genre (fakir-show).

The ending of the last evening was

finished by grandiose firework, after which

a huge cake was presented for guests.

Maxim Nelipa was an anchorman of the

evening.

Publicity Creating implemented full complex of services for the development, organization and holding the conference. The first stage included the concept creation of the conference, corporate identity, all the scenarios activities under the project, preparing necessary materials (The participant package and others), informing the parties, working with numerous contractors. The second stage was connected directly to the carrying out a conference in Turkey.
