Zoom became a household word in 2020. The word — and the technology — werepretty impossible to escape. And while Zooming does have its perks it’s certainly niceto get back into the swing of things. At Catalyst Foundation, we’re ready to do justthat.

Because your safety and well-being come first, 2020’s Disability Ageing and LifestyleExpo had to be cancelled due to COVID-19.But we’re now proud to say we aremoving forward with a spectacular, in-person, better-than-ever event in 2021.

As in Expos past, we’ll be bringing together the community, service providers andhealth professionals in the disability and ageing sectors. By taking part at the#MyLifeChoices Expo, your organisation will have the opportunity to reach more than3000 prospective clients, develop brand awareness and build business rapports.

Service providers in health and well-being, government, education, support services,rehabilitation, community, leisure and many, many more will be there! This is the ‘go-to’ event of the year and we’re looking forward to seeing you there!

Our Expo NetworkingBreakfast will also takeplace once again on the

morning of the event, thistime at the impressive

Ridley Centre.

Our last NetworkingBreakfast was attended by

more than 184 sectorprofessionals and

stakeholders and receivedgreat reviews by all.

All costs exclude GSTCancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of event registration must be in writing. Costs relating to appearing on the Online Directory arenot refundable. A Refund for cancellation of event registration more than 30 days before the event will be limited to 50% of the totalcost of the event registration. No refund will be made for cancellation of event registration less than 30 days prior to the event. Norefund will be provided for the cancellation of the sponsorship agreement.In the event that COVID‐19 issues cause cancellation of the 2021 Expo, exhibitors will be offered two options: 1. Exhibitor may agree toapply their payment to the date that the event will be postponed to. Exhibitors will pay any remaining balance in the event of an increasein offerings pricing. OR 2. Exhibitor may request a refund. The exhibitor will receive a full refund minus costs relating to appearing on theOnline Directory (indicated in this Prospectus as “Added Value Of [amount]" on each respective sponsorship or registration option)within 60 days of cancellation. Costs relating to appearing on the Online Directory are not refundable.Tickets to the Networking Breakfast are offered on a complimentary basis and availability of tickets to the event is not guaranteed.Offerings in relation to the Online Directory are offered provisionally, are valid till 1 January 2022 or at Catalyst Foundation's discretionand are subject to change. The Online Directory will have its own Terms and Conditions that your organisation will need to agree to priorto creating a listing. It is a condition of registration that your organisation must provide to Catalyst Foundation a current Certificate of Public Liability in theamount of not less than $20 million covering both Wednesday 13 October 2021 (Bump-In Day) and Thursday 14 October 2021 (ExpoDay) to ensure your eligibility to access the venue. Please email a copy to [email protected] – no later than 45 calendardays prior to the event. All marketing collateral that forms part of your sponsorship package or upgraded exhibitor options (e.g. show bag inserts, artwork forads in the Program Guide, PowerPoint Slides etc) need to be supplied to Catalyst Foundation by your organisation.Floorplan allocations are not confirmed until the final floor plan is officially finalised and released prior to the event.
