“All IEU Students can participate with their project ”

TARGET EVENT PROFİLE

IEU student (participants will be from Media Communication and visual design students)

Professors of Media Communication and Visual Desing departments.

All students can visit the event. (the events planning for 200 person.)

What kind of event ?

WHAT

Student's video and photographs projects will presented.

Students of Media and Communication and Visual

Communication Design department, exhibite projects which making during all semester. (Video and Photograph Project)

13:00 – 18:00 14th June 2014 After the final exams, can be easily participated for

students.

WHEN

It will be also chance good-bye to friends and teachers.

WHY THİS EVENT ?

- Creating chance of feedback from professors - Provide Exhibition Experience

WHERE

Fine Arts exhibition area of Izmir University of Economy

Because, only suitable area for 200 person is IEU Fine Arts area.

WHO

Students and professors of Media Communication and Visual Communication Design will participate to event.

There are a jury which is consist of 2 department’s professors.

HOW

-Announced on social media with efficient hashtag and facebook page. -The video and photographs will add to social media pages. -The followers of pages can watch student’s projects.-Best project will choose by jury decides and social media followers.

CRİTERİA

Condition of participation; ıt will be event and certificate program for third and fourth classes students.

The videos must limited maximum 15 minutes. Photograph projects must be in jpeg format. The projects must be not participate another

competition Participation Deadline for project : 31th May 2014

EVENT SCHEDULE

13:00 – Hakan Tuncel opening speech 13:05–14:00 - presentation of photograph projects. 14:00-14:30 – feedback and assessment by jury 14:30-14:50 - break 14:55–15-00 – Serkan Şavk opening speech for

second section 15:00-16:30- presentation of video projects ( short

films, documantaries, introductory films..) 16:30-17:30 – feedback and assessment by jury 17:30-18:00- Final and explain the winners.

Awards Participants will have certificate and projects which

is take the most like, will publish web page of university and Univers newspaper. ( Choosen one best phootograph and video )

We have an empty area for this event in university. We give certificate to participants. Winners projects will be published on web page and Univers

newspaper. Weakness: participants will be only from our university Opportunity: the participants take feedback from professors. This kind of event will arrange in first time so ıt can be example

of others The name of ‘’Ne Çekmiş Bee!’’ can be continuous event. Threats: less or more participation than our expectation.
