Buildings are made in the technology for oversize thermal insulation, with the required regulations for the year 2021. Modules are delivered to the construction site by trucks. The outer walls of modular buildings are adapted to the installation of any type of facade system available on the market. Installation of a ventilated facade is done in a way that eliminates thermal bridges occurring on the fastening elements. Installation of partition walls based on a drywall system that meets the highest standards in terms of fire resistance, moisture resistance and impact resistance, allows you to easily change the arrangement of the building in use. All our structures meet the requirements for fire protection.

The supporting structure of the modules is made in the form of a skeleton of welded cold-formed and / or hot-rolled steel profiles of steel in structural material grades (e.g. S235JR, S355JR or appropriate according to PN EN 10025: 1993) and with cross-sections which will be result from static calculations performed each time.The steel structure is protected against corrosion and fire. Loads from modules can be transferred depending on the type of extension on:- prepared foundations (point foundations, foundation footings or foundation slab)- prepared for reinforced concrete, steel or combined construction
