It is our pleasure to invite you to the 1st Annual Cancer Biobanking Workshop

organised by Tata Medical Center from 12th – 13th January, 2017 at

Premashraya, Kolkata.

This workshop is aiming to provide scientists and clinicians with an understanding

of best practices and a practical approach in setting up a cancer biobank in India.

Through lectures, interactive sessions and panel discussions the workshop will

cover various aspects of biobanking from ethics, logistics of banking samples to

downstream utility of banked samples.

The faculty will be available to provide individual guidance to the participants

throughout the meeting. The scientific program is designed to encourage

interaction between the faculty and the participants.
