1 - Put your Presentation up on SlideShare, and get the embed code

A) Login to SlideShare and upload your powerpoint presentation

B) Get the embed tag from SlideShare after uploading your presentation and making it publicly accessible.

2 - Log into LMS, find your course page, and create a Page to hold the embedded presentation

A) Login to lms.pratt.edu and enter your Pratt OneKey and password information.

B) Click the Course Page title you’d like to edit

C) Turn editing on, and navigate to the section you’d like to add the presentation to

D) Click on “Add an Activity or Resource”

E) Select “Page” and click “Add”

3 - Edit the Page you've created, add details and embed the presentation

A) Fill in the Name and Description of the moduleyou’re embedding

B) In the Content section, find the “HTML” icon and click on itto open the HTML Source Editor

C) In the HTML Source Editor, paste your embed codefrom SlideShare, and click “Update” to see it embedded.

4 - Save, Display, and relocate the link accordingly

A) After copying the embed code, you’ll see it reflected in the content area, and can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Saveand Close” button. This will take you back to the course page.

B) Your embedded module will now show up as a link on the course page.Use the Crosshairs icon to relocate it if required.

C) Click “Turn Editing Off” once your link is placed in the right section.

5 - Test out and share the page you created

A) Click on the link you’ve just created to test out the functionality of the module.

B) It should open up as a page with all the functionality of a shareableSlideshow.
