• Prayer or worship is considered to be an integral part of the Hindu religion.

Muslims

• A Muslim, sometimes spelled Moslem, relates to a person who follows the religion of Islam.

• Fajr — the dawn prayer

• Dhuhr — the noon prayer

• Asr — the afternoon prayer

• Maghrib — the sunset prayer

• Isha'a — the night prayer

Christians

• Christianity is the world's biggest religion, with about 2.1 billion followers worldwide. It is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ who lived in the Holy Land 2,000 years ago.

• Various Christian prayers are-• Collect• Compline• Epiclesis• Glory Be to the Father• Good Friday Prayer• Guardian Angel Prayer

Buddhism

• Buddhism is a religion to about 300 million people around the world. The word comes from 'budhi', 'to awaken'. It has its origins about 2,500 years ago when Siddhartha Gotama, known as the Buddha, was himself awakened (enlightened) at the age of 35.

• Various Buddhist prayers are-• Śākyamuni• Vajrasattva• Bhaiṣajyarāja / The Medicine Buddha

Jainism

• Jainism is an ancient religion from India that teaches that the way to liberation and bliss is to live a life of harmlessness and renunciation. The aim of Jain life is to achieve liberation of the soul.

• The various prayers are-• Namo Arihantanam: I bow to the enlightened beings• Namo Siddhanam: I bow to the liberated souls• Namo Ayariyanam: I bow to religious leaders• Namo Uvajjayanam: I bow to religious teachers• Namo Loe Savva Sahunam: I bow to all ascetics of the
