20 Praise the Lord for a WSHS pa-tient who, usually troubled by many external factors, left one Friday with a beautiful smile and uplifted spirit.___________________________________________________________

21 Praise God for a church that paid for 5 of our TH youth to go to snow camp in New York.___________________________________________________________

On a Cold February Day

For many years Water Street Ministries has published a month-ly Prayer Calendar. During that span we have praised God for healing lives, pleaded with him to change lives and prayed for ma-terial needs. We have seen God provide things we needed before we even were aware there was a need.

So, on a cold February day, we requested prayer for an ongoing need for diapers, wipes, and laun-dry detergent. Many of the 20+ families living at the Mission have little to no income, so providing them with basic necessities is a practical expression of God’s love.

That same day, a woman came to the Mission with a bag of dia-pers and laundry detergent, say-ing that she had seen the prayer request that day. She not only

prayed, but she was part of God’s answer to those prayers. We are continually amazed at how God works and are thankful for those who are obedient to his calling. Thank you for your faithfulness!

Speaking of diapers and baby supplies, right now there are two very pregnant women living at the Mission who could especially use your prayers. I’m sure that for these women, the thought of bringing their newborn home from the hospital to a homeless shelter must be sobering. Pray for them as they work through the emo-tions and challenges of pregnancy which are only magnified by being homeless. And, thank you for your faithful prayers and donations that will help these women move out of homelessness for good.
