Confession

Prayers

Romans 10:8-

11 (NIV)

[8] But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: [9] That if you confess with your mouth,“ Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. [10] For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. [11] As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”

Hebrews 4:14 (NKJV)

[14] Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold

fast our confession.

[23] Let us hold fast the confession of our hope

without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

A Confession is:A statement of what we really

believe, or faith.

It’s taking ownership

How do you Confess when you pray with Authority?

1) You’ve been given the right to...........

2) Talk with your helper (Holy Spirit - Paraclete).

> It is IMPERATIVE you hear from and follow.....

3) Use the Word.

> It is IMPERATIVE you use the Word.....

4) Set your attitude: I Will..........

5. Use Your Words combined with what you really Believe.

Declaration

Prayers

Romans 4:17

(NIV)

[17] As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were.

A Declaration is a statement or decree of fact

(that is often based on faith).

1. Why is it a fact?

a. Because God said it.

John 17:26

[26] “And I have

declared to them Your

name, and will declare

it, that the love with

which You loved Me

may be in them, and I

in them.”

Acts 12:17 (NKJV)

[17] But motioning to them with his hand to

keep silent, he declared to them how the

What God told you will be > you Declare (May be, may not be publicly)

It’s calling it / stating / Declaring what will be.

For, with authority, He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”
