7ARTICLE II

CPE COUNCILS, CREATION, COMPOSITION, TERMS OF OFFICE, FUNCTIONS, MEETINGSSec. 5 CreationPRBs shall create a CPE Council within 30 days

Sec. 6 CompositionEach CPE council shall be composed of a chairperson and two members

First member is the president or any officer chosen by the board of directors of APOSecond member is any officer of the organization of deans or department heads of schools, colleges, or universities offering the course requiring licensure exams9Sec. 7 Terms of OfficeChairman is co-terminus with incumbency as officer of APOSecond member is co-terminus with the incumbency of deans or department heads.Second member (Academician, appointed by the PRC) shall be 2 years with one reappointment
