at all educational levels (in Estonia)
• Aim - to align educational system with job market needs
• Objective:
Implement entrepreneurial approach to teaching and systematic development of entrepreneurship education at all levels and types of education (general, vocational, higher) with an aim
• Leading partners:
University of Tartu,
Foundation Innove Education Agency
• Partners: Tallinn University, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Estonian Academy of Arts, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, Estonian Business School, Mainor Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, Ida-Viru Enterprise Centre - represents regional development centers’ network and Junior Achievement Estonia Foundation.
6 work-packages:
1. Development of entrepreneurship teaching methodology and study aids, incl entrepreneurship teaching modules
2. Entrepreneurship teacher development and training
3. Development of entrepreneurial schools and support to entrepreneurship education in practiceIncl open call for proposals (implementation of schools and community projects in turning entrepreneurship studies into practice)
4. Supporting entrepreneurship education implementation at the level of higher education (pre-incubation)
5. Entrepreneurship teaching competences development
6. Raising awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship and development of entrepreneurship education.

Pre-incubation = business (idea)development programme, designed by 8 universities.
• Implementation period 2016 – 2018 / 2019 – 2020
• Extra-curricula , no credits , student teams
• implementation in at higher and vocational education level
• programme is free of charge and does not require any previousknowledge of entrepreneurship.
• main programme is implemented in 3 centres: University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology and Tallinn University. In other universities the programme is applied partly. All activities are implemented in collaboration with higher and vocational education institutions following the principals of pre-incubation model.
• 200 teams, incl 100 interdisciplinary and 30 inter-schools teams will be formed in the period of 2016-2018
