last names. Generally

speaking the user logon

name is first initial and last

name. If the userid already

exists elsewhere in AD, use

a middle initial.

Important: If the user is an

existing employee with an

IMAP or Notes email

account, make sure the user

logon name matches thefirst part of their email

address (this is required for

the exchange migration).
