My Production

• Television Advertisement

• 30 seconds long

• Advertising Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Chocolate

• “What would you do for a Dairy Milk?”

Time and Deadlines

• Assignment brief given on 20th October 2016

• To be completed by 17th December 2016

• This will give around 8½ weeks to complete the final advert and all of the pre-production documents.

Requirements

• No transport will be required

• All equipment will be hired out from Clarendon Sixth Forms Media Department.

Contributors (Cast)

• Two characters in my advertisement.

• I will play one (Jeff) and Frankie Broodbank will play the other (Phil)

Personnel (Crew)

• Adverts are to be completed individually.

• However two classmates will assist with various camera and tripod work. (Frankie Broodbank and Adam Patterson)

• This will be required as I will be acting in many of the shots so I wont be able to shoot as well.

Facilities

• All camera equipment including tripods and microphones will be used from Clarendon Sixth Forms Media department.

• All editing equipment will also be provided. Adobe Premiere Pro will be used for editing my advert in the post production stage.

Materials

• Actors choice of everyday casual apparel for costume.

• Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolate along with desks with computers and chairs will be needed as props.

Location

• My advertisement will be set in an office, so Clarendon sixth forms rooms and corridors will be the only locations required.

• No exterior shots, only interior so the weather will not be a problem when shooting.

• Location Recce and signed location permission will be needed before shooting.

Codes of practice and regulation

• Health and Safety report must be completed before shooting. This can be done on the recce.

• Will need Location Permission from Mark Duggan to shoot in Clarendon’s corridors and room 213.
