To help the Subregions develop comprehensive applications that will satisfy
the technical review committee for the LSP/HRRRP solicitation in order to advance
to design.
• The consultant effort is anticipated to start in January 2021.
• Project to be completed within 18 months of commencement.

Consultant Qualifications - NJDOT Prequalification:
• H-1: Highway Design - Level A
• T-1: Traffic Engineering
Only those firms who have been prequalified for the specified disciplines this consultant effort entails and who submit evidence of their prequalification with the NJDOT with their proposal will be considered. Prequalification can be met by the prime or their subconsultant.
