Now in its sixth year, F.A.W.C! has fast become the hottest food festival in New Zealand. We’ve put together a series of events that celebrate the amazing bounty we have in our midst. This year you’ll find us pairing boutique beer with artisan chocolates, cups of tea with world-class wine, sampling and making incredible cheeses, dabbling in yoga before brunching, making our own dumplings, and tasting the best of Thai and Korean cuisine without the long-haul flight.Fresh from their success in the recent Cuisine Good Food Awards, we’re delighted the very best of Hawke’s Bay’s talent will be showcasing their award-winning skills during Summer F.A.W.C!, including Jeremy Rameka from Pacifica, James Beck from Bistronomy, Jackson Smith from Malo and Ashley Jones from Elephant Hill.F.A.W.C! is renowned for creating memorable moments and the line-up this year promises that in spades.
