Materials and Services Fees are adjusted according to when a student enrols. Government assistance is available to those

who qualify for School Card. Application must be made at the Front Office.

Communication with parents is through our fortnightly newsletter and a reminder text messaging

service. This is used to remind families of events and payments. It can also be used to report

absences. The Skoolbag App and school Facebook page are also used as a means of communication

with parents.

Absence or LatenessWe are required to keep records of the reasons why students are absent, late or depart early. Teachers

do this record keeping on a daily basis. Parents can assist by telephoning, reporting in person or by

sending a note explaining your child’s absence or lateness. The school will notify parents by an SMS on

their mobile phones if students are absent without a reason.

Student Led Assemblies are held once a fortnight on Fridays at 9am. They provide opportunities for

students to share their learning and present themselves in front of an audience. A News and Notices

Courtyard Assembly is held every Monday 8.40am where details of school activities for the week are

given. This is also an opportunity for students to share their weekly sports results.
