Orientation of New Employees During new hire orientation, employees learn about Enterprise’s founding values, customer service processes, company computer programs, and Enterprise’s business structure.
◦ Orientation is completed through a 3-Stage Training Program
◦ Stage 1 - completed after 30 to 60 days in the branch. Employees review their customer service skills.
◦ Stage 2 – 90 to 120 days from date of hire. Employees meet and talk with managers from several different departments about company processes.
◦ Stage 3 – 5th or 6th month after hire. Preparation begins for MQI (Management Qualification Interview)

◦ The I.T. Customer Service Specialist Department is made of a team of dynamic IT professionals who specialize in providing business-critical technical support to over 7,000 rental branch locations, our corporate offices, and customers. Our support analysts and specialists deliver an exceptional customer experience while executing specific troubleshooting techniques. We have a uniquely designed support model that enables our team to become subject matter experts in a variety of disciplines, including Network, Wired Hardware, Mobility and Applications.
◦ Job Responsibilities: Deliver the highest quality of service and technical support, assist in the assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of training programs, serve as a SME (technical subject matter expert), stay current with technical support center trends, issues, and processes, serve as a mentor to new hires to provide on the job training.

Interview Format at EnterpriseAt Enterprise, the interview style is typically face to face.
Enterprise normally starts with a phone interview for entry level positions. However, when working with a recruiting company, phone interviews are not required.
The interview will seem very informal, just like a normal conversation. Be careful! This is when people will over share in the interview.
