Conclusiones
• La precipitación máxima en Buffalo fue de 71 y 51mm según los radares S-Pol y WSR88D respectivamente, mientras que según los pluviómetro se registro un máximo de 68 mm.
• Simulaciones de descargas por el modelo hidrológico según precipitación simulada por el modelo dinámico y el sistema algorítmico, fueron suficientes para servir como alerta de posibles crecidas repentinas.
