Participating customers earn points anywhere, anytime they use their Buzz Points enrolled card. Set a high point multiplier to make spending money at your business more attractive and beneficial. For example, offer 11 points for every dollar spent. Set the multiplier to whatever value fits your bottom line.

Exclusive Offers are a great way to attract new customers to your business. They are promoted in weekly emails, user activity feeds and through social media. Offers can be a discount, new product promotion or event at your business.

REWARDSWhen a Buzz Points user has enough points, they can redeem them for an Reward. A Reward is a cash voucher that is exclusive to your business, and you set the number of points required for redemption (ex. 5,000 for $25). When you validate a customer’s Reward, the dollar value of the reward is credited to your monthly bill.

Here’s how you validate an Reward to ensure the credit appears on your bill:

1. Call the number listed on the printed Reward or scan the QR code2. Follow the instructions and enter the unique code on the Reward

LOYALTY CARDLoyalty Cards are like virtual punch cards (ex. buy 5 sandwiches and your 6th is free). Customize your Loyalty Card by choosing the number of visits required, qualifying purchase amount, and the amount of reward for completion. A digital punch is made every time a Buzz Points user makes a qualifying purchase. Once the card is complete, the customer receives a thank you email from the business, which includes their Loyalty Card Completion.

The Buzz Points Local Business Directory gives you a public online presence in a nationwide directory of over 45,000 local businesses. Buzz Points users will see your business location, description and contact information. As a Preferred Local Business, you will stand out in the directory and users can

Customers can quickly find and get directions to your business when they search by category, zip code, name or point multiplier.

The Buzz Points Business Dashboard can be accessed at buzzpoints.com/business/dashboard. Your username is the email address on your Buzz Points contract. Your password is “buzz” plus your 5-digit billing address zip code (sample: buzz78704). In the Buzz Points Business Dashboard you can:

A: In order to participate as a business, you must be a member of the Buzz Points Preferred Local Business Program. Being a member entitles you to consumer marketing and incentives to Buzz Points users in your community. In order to participate as a consumer, you must have a card enrolled in the Buzz Points pro-gram from a participating financial institution.

Q: What is the difference between a local business and a Preferred Local Business?A: Buzz Points provides our users with a national directory of local businesses so that they can shop locally wherever they go. A Preferred Local Business is a member of the Buzz Points program who benefits from marketing services and customizable incentives that attract new customers and bring money back to their business. At local businesses, Buzz Points users receive more points per dollar spent than national chains, but do not receive additional marketing or incentive services.

Q: Who can participate in the Buzz Points program?

A: Each month, you will receive an invoice identifying the points issued to Buzz Points users in addition to any directory service fees. Directory service fees are based upon the business tier you select when you register as a Buzz Points Preferred Local Business. You will see a credit for any validated Rewards (does not include Loyalty Card Completions).

Q: What happens if I want to make changes to my contract?A: Changes to your contract, point multiplier, rewards or Loyalty Card setup can be done through our Account Management Team. Changes will take effect on the 1st of the month from after the change request was placed.

A: Cancellations are handled with your account manager. They take effect at the end of the month. A written email must be provided for documentation. This can be sent to your account manager (or [email protected])
