Prehistory is the longest period of our past. It began about 2 million years ago, and ended with
the invention of writing.
The first humans lived in tribes.
They lived in caves and painted the walls with pictures of animals.
They discovered fire.
They hunted animals...
...for food
...and for their skins.

...and gathered plants.
They made simple tools...
