since Mai 2010, the companies soprima industry and Prelok France are associated in order to become the french leader in the pre-coating field. Each year we process more than 120 million parts.
Historical actors in the pre-coating industry, soprima and Prelok combine more than 50 years of experience in 4 fields:
n Locking by bonding: the threaded parts are locked by a micro-capsulated adhesive which prevents from unscrewing.
n Locking by polyamide or Tuflok®: the repositionable locking of threads is obtained by deposing at 180° or at 360° a nylon based patch.
n Sealing: the pre-coated resins enable to seal screwed assemblies, hafted assemblies or mounted assemblies.
n Anti-seize: the deposed varnishes on threads avoid phenomena like jamming during screwing or under extreme conditions.
Our knowledge, previously oriented to automotive industries, is today accessible for any industry. We process the smallest series (some thousand parts) but also the largest series (several million of parts).
