Glory to God in the highest, peace to all men of good will!

III - Credo: I Believe In God

I believe in God the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord. Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost.

Born of the Virgin Mary, suffer’d under Pontius Pilate, crucified, died and was buried, He descended into hell.

On the third day He arose. He ascended to heaven, from death He was set free.

Now he sits at the right hand, and He’s waitin’ for you and me. He will judge all the world, He will judge you and me.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, I believe in the Holy Church.

I believe, Lord, in one baptism and the forgiveness of sin and rebirth. I believe in the resurrection and the communion of saints in this world. I believe when my life is over I’m going home just to live with my God.

COMMITMENT DAY

NEXT SUNDAY, MAY 1ST

Commitment Day for our “Above&Beyond” Capital

Campaign, Next Sunday May 1st, is fast approaching. There

will be one combined worship service at 11:00 a.m. in the

sanctuary that day as we call our entire Calvary family

together for a time of worship, reflection, prayer and

commitment. During this “defining moment” service in the

life of our church, there will be an opportunity for everyone

to give his/her confidential commitment to our

“Above&Beyond” campaign as an offering to God. Those

who for some reason cannot attend the May 1st Commitment

Day service are encouraged to mail or bring their

“Above&Beyond” commitment cards to the church office

prior to that day. Please continue to be in prayer for our

congregation as we seek to be an “Above&Beyond” Church.
