Ramps at the sole discretion of the judge, approved breeds may be judged on the ground or on a ramp: Boykin Spaniels, Clumber Spaniels, Field Spaniels, Sussex Spaniels, Welsh Springer Spaniels, Whippets, Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chinese Shar-Pei, Chow Chows, Keeshonden & Polish Lowland Sheepdogs. (Boykin Spaniels & Whippets may be judged on the table, ramp or the ground.)Basset Hounds & Bulldogs are expected to be judged on the ramp during breed judging.this list may be revised from time to time, and the current list can be found on the AKC website in Judging Operations. A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give reasonable notice to the Show Superintendent/Show Secretary prior to the day of the show. AKC approval is not required.Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In all but emergency situations, the exhibitor has no recourse. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

Clean-up Is your ResponsibilityPooper scoopers will be placed at all x-pens, and clean-up personnel will be around the grounds and near all rings. If your dog spoils the parking lot or show grounds, it is your responsibility to clean up after it. By signing the entry form for these shows you are agreeing that all clean-up is your responsibility. Violators may be subject to an event committee hearing. The entire Convention Center and the hotels have 24 hour security cameras on their grounds. Anyone found to violate these premises without cleaning up will be subject to disciplinary measures that could result in suspension and the withholding of awards. Exhibitors, please, if you see an area that has not been cleaned up, notify a show official immediately.

No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which these dog shows are conducted. NO motorized vehicles of any kind are permitted in the facility at any time.

nO unEntERED DOGS InSIDE tHE BuILDInG.All grooming will be indoors. Very limited space for chairs in grooming area.

Grooming and crating area will be supervised by “Kiarry Site Control” and “the Crew” who will be present to assist in the grooming areas. Anyone who refuses to cooperate with the staff of either company will be subject to disciplinary action.

ALL CRAtES AnD tACK unItS muSt BE StACKED.Crate and Grooming areas will be arranged on “Rows & Aisles” to facilitate exhibitors and ensuring a safe and smooth operation of the events. By entering these shows, exhibitors and handlers agree to follow all directions of these assistants charged with arranging and maintaining orderly conditions in the grooming areas.There will be complementary community electric available in the grooming areas. These are 2000 watt outlets and anyone causing them to “trip” due to an overload or excessive high heat presents a safety hazard and only one re-set will be provided. Any subsequent "trips" will result in the loss of that outlet for the remainder of the shows.

PRIVAtE EXERCISE PEnS WILL nOt BE ALLOWED In tHE BuILDInG.There will be ample indoor and outdoor exercise pens throughout the venue. No private ex-pens will be permitted to be setup in the building during show hours on any day.

NO EX-PENS CAN BE SETUP ON ANY GRASS AREA NEAR OR AROUND THE FACILITY. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ANY PRIVATE EX-PENS ON THE GROUNDS OUTSIDE MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. BRING YOUR OWN MATERIALS TO COVER THE BASE OF ANY EX-PEN OR DROP PEN.

EXHIBITOR UNLOADING PROCEDURE: ALL UNLOADING MUST BE AT THE REAR OF THE WEST HALL. NO UNLOADING PERMITTED FROM THE FRONT LOBBY.

NO exhibitor unloading will be permitted into the unloading area until Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. You will need to show your Exhibitor ID in order to enter the unloading area. The entry gate is controlled and each vehicle must have a person remaining with the vehicle during the unloading process. All vehicles will be required to turn off their engines and leave the flashers on. There will be show personnel and uniformed security to supervised this area. There are three entrances to the show hall which will be opened for unloading. There will be no saving of space under any circumstance. No floor rugs are permitted. No Grooming Tables in excess of 24'' x 36'' are permitted.

Building Hours: 6:00 A.m. to 11.00 P.m. All access must be from the rear of the building after show hours. nO EXCEPtIOnS. Overnight Security will be provided.

This class is restricted to exhibitors who have not, at any point in time, been a professional dog handler, AKC approved conformation judge, or employed as an assistant to a professional handler. Additionally, members of the immediate family or household of a current professional handler are ineligible for this class (as defined in Chapter 11, Section 13).

Get only to be judged, based on the merits of the Get. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Stud Dog must be examined to determine if it has a condition that would require its disqualification or excusal under the Dog Show Rules, AKC policy, or the standard for its breed. NR2.09200. An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or member Club Show, Obedience trial or tracking test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 will be required for each first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry in any Licensed or member Club Rally trial. All Recording and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem suffi-cient. INSTRUCTIONS1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the par-ticular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), BullTerriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels(King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).

2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Championsof Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, butwhose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limitedto a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.

3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog isdivided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are enteringyour dog, i.e, age division, color division, weight division.

4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If aregistered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for whichentries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certifi-cate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed tothe AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.)

5. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as AKC CaninePartners Listed Dog “All-American Dog/Mixed Breed.” Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam information shall remain blank formixed breed entrants.
