environment, Vitablend is

Customers can chose a standard premix, but custom made blends are usually
chosen as these are designed based upon the levels of vitamins already available
from ingredients. Convenient dosing levels are taken into account while designing
the perfect premix. For optimum suitability and convenience, packing sizes are
easily adjusted to requirements per batch (from 50 grams to 25 kg).
Vitamin Premix A-C-EAn example of a popular fortification of beverages is the success of the ACE
drinks. The combination of vitamins A, C and E represent the antioxidant vitamins,
protecting the body against free radicals. These free radicals lead to increased
rate of ageing. Vitablend premixes deliver between 15% and 50% of the RDA of
these antioxidant vitamins, without the risk of ringing (a separation of dark orange
colour). Standard and custom made solutions are available. Our formulation
experts are able to calculate your most efficient premix, based upon the
contribution of currently used ingredients to the total presence of the
important vitamins.
Vitamin Premix B-C-EBesides fortification with A-C-E vitamins, it is also possible to enrich a beverage
with B-C-E vitamins. A target group of consumers can be those who do not eat
meat products, as these are an important source of B12.
Another reason for adding some B-vitamins is that these vitamins are involved
in the digestion of the nutrients from foods. In the B-C-E premix there is no beta
carotene present, therefore the premix has much less effect on the appearance of
the applied beverage. Another interesting fact is that the cost of adding provitamin
A is substantially higher than that of adding B-vitamins.
Vitamin Premix B-ComplexMore and more consumers look for healthy alternatives. Many juice based drinks
offer a complete package of nutrients, including B-vitamins. Vitablend premix
B-complex is a balanced composition of essential and fully water soluble
vitamins from B1 to B12. Minerals like iron or other vitamins can be added
easily upon request.
Vitamin Premix MultivitaminMaking use of the healthy image of a juice, it is possible to include all vitamins in
a beverage in order to present a total-vitamin concept. Vitamins A, B-complex,
C, (D3), E and K can be combined in an easy to use vitamin premix. Upon request,
a selection of minerals can be applied as well.
