POST-PARTUM DOULAwhat is a Doula?
- New parents know how difficult it is to come back home with a new baby, especially if it is the first one.
- The first few weeks are the most critical, where most families need help and support. Post-partum doulas are experienced women, who provide assistance on infant feeding, basic newborn care, and physical and emotional support after delivery.
- They provide support to the whole family, helping them to find their role in the process, as opposed to a baby nurse who takes care of the baby exclusively.

WILL
Although the subject of death is a taboo people hate to talk about, new parents have the responsibility towards their offspring to have a will, in order to insure the financial future of the children, and their guardian after one’s death.
The will includes: Distribution of property and wealth Designate a guardian for children Healthcare directives, life support
Contact a lawyer who can best assist you with the will.
