Therearenorulesforthisaspectofplanning.Somestudentsmayprefertoplantheirrevisionaround theorderof theexams–beginning, forexample,with revision forEnglish (the firstexam)andthenusingthetimeaftertheEnglishexamtoreviseforthenextexam,whichisMaths.Othersmaywishtoprepareforothersubjectsbydoingatleastsomerevisionforallsubjectsthroughouttheperiod.Theimportantthingisforstudentstohaveaplanwhichensurethat theyprepareproperly forallexams. It isalso important toallowsomeleisuretimeandbreaksfromrevision.
