2. Can you identify any third party services you have in mind to use on your website? (ex: MyEmma, PayPal, Amazon Web Services, Twitter)

3. Will the website require the migration of data / content from an existing website or other source?

4. Please outline any technical requirements if applicable (i.e. server or platform requirements, APIs)

5. Do you own the domain name you intend to use with this website or application? If so, supply details. (ex: www.myapp.com)

6. Do you already have a hosting account for any current websites or applications you have?  If so, supply de-tails.   (ex: GoDaddy, MediaTemple)

7. Do you have internal or on-site IT staff?

8. What kind of functions will the site administrators (your team) perform on the website?  (ex. Creating new content, moderating users and user content, using the application as a business tool).

9. How often do you anticipate your website requiring management by site administrators?
