• Liderar construcción de Estrategia 2050, coordinando con componentes de adaptación y medios de implementación

• Ser plataforma de discusión de la E2050 con sectores y sociedad civil

NDC Uptdate

• Diseñar proceso de actualización de NDC en mitigación y coordinación con actualización en adaptación y medios de implementación.

• Coordinación entre MADS-DNP e IDEAM para actualización de escenario de referencia.

• Velar porque el proceso respete el concepto de progresión y no retroceso del Acuerdo de París

• Generar documento integrador de los PIGCCS y PIGCCT que puede convertirse en sinopsis de plan de implementación de NDC

• Profesionales de la ECDBC apostados en MINCIT, MADR, MVCT, MME, MT para apoyar desarrollo y/o implementación de Planes Integrales de Cambio Climático

• Apoyo específico a sectores en medidas de mitigación para el PIGCC (medidas BUR)

• Gestión de compromisos del sector privado de apoyo a la NDC y visibilidad de aportes del sector privado, incluyendo con Plataforma de Reporte Corporativo Voluntario y RENARE

• Gender capacity building workshops and inclusion in the sectorial plans

• Apoyo en instrumentación de política, regulación a nivel territorial, en particular en 3 regiones, para implementación de PIGCCT.

• Apoyo en estructuración de proyectos de mitigación.

• Financiación de 4 proyectos demostrativos de mitigación en 3 regiones.

• Creación de capacidades regionales con programas educativos.
