The plot to intervene is
in a Granada’s
neighborhood known as
Central-Sagrario. The
neighborhood is located
in the downtown district
of the Spanish city . In
the middle of the
twentieth century , the
urban expansion is
performed on successive
extensions which
extended the urban
organism to the north ,
south and west . At this
time arise the Round
and the buildings
around our plot.

As you can see , the site
is well connected to the
rest of the city through
main routes and public
transport: bus and
metro / tram.
Having two parkings on
the block , is also good
for those who travel by
private or own
transport.
