Power and Battery1. Upon installation of battery, PresentAir Pro will automatically power on.

2. From On State

a. To Turn Power Off – Press and hold the Mode Button until the red LED blinks, then release. PresentAir Pro will proceed to power off.

3. From Off State

a. To Turn Power On – Press the Mode Button for 1 second and release. The green LED will blink then turn off, indicating that PresentAir Pro has powered on.

b. To Pair Device – Press and hold the Mode Button for 3 to 6 seconds until the blue LED begins to blink. The green LED will blink first (indicating that PresentAir Pro has powered on), then the blue LED will blink slowly (indicating that PresentAir Pro has entered pairing mode). When the blue LED starts to blink, release the Mode Button. PresentAir Pro will remain in pairing mode for 3 minutes, or until paired to a device.

4. After 15 minutes of inactivity, the PresentAir Pro will power off to further preserve battery life. From the off state, pressing the Mode Button or Laser Button will wake the PresentAir Pro.

Pairing1. Install the battery into the PresentAir Pro.

2. Navigate to your device’s Bluetooth setting.

3. Turn off the PresentAir Pro if it is already on.

4. Press and hold the Mode Button on the PresentAir Pro until the blue LED begins blinking. This will put the PresentAir Pro into pairing mode.

5. Find the PresentAir Pro in your device’s list of available devices, select PresentAir XXXX, and Pair.

6. When the pairing process is complete, your PresentAir Pro is ready to use.

7. For more information on pairing, please refer to the Pairing Section of this guide.

Notes About Pairing• PresentAir Pro cannot be paired with more than one device at the same time

• To pair PresentAir Pro with a new device, it must first be unpaired/disconnected from the currently paired device.

• When pairing with Windows 8, make sure your Bluetooth driver is up to date.

– In Windows 8, Bluetooth power settings may need to be modified for better performance. Please refer to the PresentAir Pro FAQ for more information

ModesPresentAir Pro has three modes: Presentation Mode, Media Mode, and Custom Mode. Each mode function is shown below. Mode functions can also be reconfigured using the optional PresenterWorks app, which is available online at the Windows Store, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.

Mode SwitchingTo switch between modes, press the Mode Button and the Up, or Middle, or Down button at the same time to switch between Presenter, Media, or Custom mode respectively.

Hardware ResetIf the device stops functioning properly or has become unresponsive, perform a hardware reset by pressing the reset button. The Reset Button can be accessed using a paper clip. When the Reset Button is pressed, the LED indicator will blink green. After resetting, the pairing sequence may need to be performed again before use.

Stylus ReplacementTo replace the stylus tip, unscrew the cap assembly. Within the cap assembly, remove the previous stylus tip and replace with the new stylus tip. With all the components in place, screw the cap assembly back onto the PresentAir Pro.

Pairing with Windows 81. Before pairing to a Bluetooth 4.0 compatible device, make sure of the following:

a. Your device’s Bluetooth function is on

b. A battery has been installed into the PresentAir Pro

c. The PresentAir Pro is with 30 feet (10 meters) of your device

d. The PresentAir is powered OFF

2. In the search bar on the start screen, type “Bluetooth” and select Bluetooth Settings.

3. On the PresentAir Pro, press and hold the Mode Button until the blue LED blinks, then release. If the PresentAir Pro blinks red instead, release the Mode Button and try again. A device will show up as PresentAir. Select this device and select Pair.

4. Ensure that the pairing process completes before using.

5. When connected, the PresentAir Pro is ready to use.

a. Your device’s Bluetooth function is on

b. A battery has been installed into the PresentAir Pro

c. The PresentAir Pro is with 30 feet (10 meters) of your device

2. Download and install the PresenterWorks App

a. The app can be downloaded from the Windows Store

3. Pair the PresentAir Pro to your Windows 8 compatible device using the above pairing instructions.

Pairing with iOS1. Before pairing to a Bluetooth 4.0 compatible device, make sure of the following:

2. From the Settings Menu, select Bluetooth. On the PresentAir Pro, press and hold the Mode Button until the blue LED blinks, then release. A device will show up as PresentAir.

3. Select PresentAir. When prompted, select Pair.

2. From the Applications menu, select Settings.

3. From the Settings Menu, select Bluetooth. On the PresentAir Pro, press and hold the Mode Button until the blue LED blinks, then release. A device will show up as PresentAir. Select this device and pairing will begin.
