A. billing Browsing problems
1 you have to check IM bundle , APN ,in supplemtry
• 2 .Make sure that blackberry APN added , GBRS status : None

A . Billing Browsing problem
4- Make sure SIM card number is the same on APN parameter
Specially if CST swapped the SIM
If CST has multi SIM , the SIM card in the APN parameter should be the same which is in the BB device
5- Make sure service matched with provisioning system , send service book educate the customer to remove the battery and restart his device

• from BBM open BBM groups, then choose new group
• you can set the group name and description

Email Setup we can setup an email using ( device , site or admin site )
From Device OS 5 :
• 1-from the main menu choose setup
• 2-Choose Email settings
• 3Accept the user agreement
• 4 Choose your Email type server

• now your Email is ready to be used, just go to the main menu

BIS Cant integrate mail account
• Just make sure that customer is not subscribed or provisioned in any Chat bundle
• Make sure that customer has Blackberry APN active in INVIEW
• Make sure that customer has 3G or EDEG capital letters
• Try to add the customer email from admin link
• Educate the customer to try to login to his Email account through web
• Then change the Email password and try to add it once again

BIS Cant send Emails
• Make sure that customer has his Email valid , In case is not valid you have to validate by adding the right password
• Make sure the customer can send from his mail server
• try to add this mail on another BB device and try to send

BIS cant receive emails • Check the customer his mailbox is not full
