creeper plant with cite little yellow
flowers. The oil extracted from its
root and stem is a super vitamin
cocktail to protect dry skin.
Keeper of soft skin for centuries
Of all the magical trees found in the Brazilian Amazon one of the most incredible is the Cacau tree. Oil of the cacao butter is a yellowish white solid with a mild chocolate aroma and taste. It’s often used as an ingredient in soaps and lotion to soften and protect chapped hands and lips. Melting at body temperature so that it is readily absorbed into the skin.
