Flexible and powerful payroll calculations – iSuweldo provides you with flexible and customizable payroll calculations that supports basic hours, absences, leaves with or without pay, overtime, night differential, tardiness, undertime, holiday and hazard pay, expenses, taxable and non-taxable allowances, taxable and non-taxable other earnings and bonuses.

13th Month Pay – iSuweldo fully supports 13th, 14th, and other computation depending on the payroll rules set for your company. It follows the Philippine's mandatory requirements computation.

WorkShifts - iSuweldo supports different work shifts that entails the various work schedules of employees for round the clock businesses.

Night Shift Differential – The night shift differential feature will compute the additional compensation for work rendered during the specified time of the company.




Loans System – iSuweldo's loan system can handle the employee's loan such as salary loans, SSS loans, car loans, housing loans, etc. The employer can define the amount to be deducted from the employee's salary for each payroll period.
