To be optimistic, we are in an era or space in time where pursuing entrepreneurship is a credible career choice.

Determination• As an entrepreneur you must have passion for what you really

want to achieve in that your business idea and with that fact you must take a step toward creating something that will allow you capitalize on that desire.

Accountability and Responsibility• Been an entrepreneur you are the ultimate person responsible

for the destiny of your business, which can be a company, a project or any other endeavour in as much as it entails profit.

• As the owner of this venture you have the highest stakes, thus you need to be empowered to fully direct the business because the success or failure of it lies in your hands.

Initiator

• To be an entrepreneur you must be a challenger and a driver of a business idea

Risk • An entrepreneur ought to take

risk in making sure he gets a substantial profit.

• An entrepreneur who knows what it takes to risk his capital into a business idea who be the one to possibly achieve the aims and objectives of the business.

Manager• For you to be able to

motivate, direct, supervise and lead the employees and the organisation to achieving organisational set goals as an entrepreneur you must be manager.
