– The warehouse is located in New Cairo in a prime location and accessibility (5 minutes to Sokhna Road, 15
minutes to Ring Road and 10 minutes to Suez Road).
– Our Warehouse is a new technological introduction to the market with the Dual System (Cooling & Freezing).
– Total Footprint area 8000 m2 phase 1.
– The Warehouse has a storage capacity of 5000 Tons.
– Fully Racked Storage System.
– Automated Temperature control panel with Alarm system.
– A fully computerized system to adjust temperature and humidity of each room separately.

This facility is composed of 7 rooms:
– Storage Capacity of each room is 700 Pallets.
– Fully Racked Drive In system.
– Anti-Fire Steel Structure Base and Electricity Panel.

– 540 m2 loading Area.
– 24 Hrs Temperature Records and 24hrs/7days Reports.
- 4 Compressors (2 main and 2 Standby).
- Generator with 800 Mega.
- 2 Electricity Lines.
- 120 m3 Water Supply with 2 Automatic Pumps.

Technology
Satellite Storage System : The remote-controlled shuttles carry
goods in and out of deep storage tunnels, leaving operators free
to perform other tasks. It is used to ensure efficient retrieval
times, increase productivity and minimize damage.
Temperature Control Advantage : Upon arrival at our dock,
temperatures are recorded on all products to ensure the integrity
of products have not been compromised during travel. This
provides clients the security of knowing that their products have
arrived at our dock, have been received at same temperature as
shipped, and are in a safe status.
State of the art surveillance system
Product Tracking : Utilizing the latest in radio frequency
technology, Spanish Cold Storage provides applications and
reporting that is truly real-time assuring that your inventory will be
managed using some of the most sophisticated software,
hardware and networking technologies available to the public
warehousing industry. Standard Operating Procedures are
documented, audited, and updated constantly. We also provide
real-time access to our clients via the Web.
Handling Equipments
Our facility is equipped with:
- 1 electronic reach trucks that receives pallets from radio shuttle forward into loading area.
- 3 electronic trans-pallets move the pallets from loading areas into the final destination at
dock levelers.

- 3 Width x 3.5 height.
- Loading Docks are tightly sealed, in order to prevent dust and microbes reaching
client’s products.

- Parking Slot: A total of 2000 meters space can be used for parking transportation
vehicles.
Platform Gates (Dock Doors)
- Elegant Executives/ Admin offices, 250 m2 are available.
- The space can be customized as an open area or split by partitions.
- 2 rest rooms are available.
- A conference room highly prepared for meetings.
- The offices are protected with all safety measurements: smoke detectors, alarm
system, fire extinguishers.
