Shared Arrangements

> Fixed link and point-to-area services can coexist in a band

> Differences in efficient assignment of services:

> Point-to-area most efficient when single licensee holds same spectrum over large area (or nationwide)

> Fixed links can share the same spectrum at the same site

> High level of usage by one/both services may result in allocation inefficiencies
