24 x 7 Security
• The campus is under 24 x 7CCTV surveillance. All entry& exit points are manned bysecurity personnel. Onlyregistered students and staffmembers can enter/exit thecampus premises, that tooafter undergoing bio-metricsecurity checks.
• Visitors are required to takeprior appointments andapproval of the desiredoffice.
International Internship Programme
at SIIRM from the year 2010:
• SIIRM has collaboration with AIESEC, an InternationalStudent’s Organization having presence in more than 116countries for the implementation of this programme.
– It is a Student Exchange Programme.
• Represented countries were:
United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria,Sweden, Norway, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan,Morocco, Egypt, Iraq, China, Taiwan, Indonesia,Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Japan and Kazakhstan etc.
• Under this programme the students stayed at our Rural CampusPhagi and have studied many aspects of Rural Developmentincluding Socio-cultural life style of Rural population in Phagiblock.

2. They are exchanging their knowledge with the staff,students and community at large
3. Our staff members also had the opportunity to learn anew language from the volunteer.
4. The staff members now have knowledge about theGermany Culture.
5. The organization will get visibility in other countrieswith respect to the educational & professionalavenues provided by the institution in the areas oftechnical and management education.

organization after completion of period of volunteer service.
Expectation of Organization:
1. Organization expect from the volunteer that
he will contribute and share the work burden
of organization.
2. Organization expect that volunteer from other
partner country will learn some specific work
from here and the experience of work will be
useful in future in their own country.
Expectation of Volunteers
• Volunteer after selecting area of work,
expect that the job-experience received
will be useful for him/her in future .
• Volunteer expect that his stay in the
partner country should be comfortable
and should bear economy as well.
Result
1. Volunteers are helping the organization by
performing specific job and sharing the work
in the new organization.
2. Volunteers are exchanging their views with
staff working in the partner organization and
making their skill perfect.
3. Volunteers are getting opportunity of learning
on-the-job experience in their area of interest
resulting increase in self-confidence to do
work.

2. Nursing College – Teaching or as trainer on practical aspects of
nursing in hospital.
3. Primary, Middle, Secondary and Sr. Secondary School level – as
Teacher to teach various subjects or to work in Science
Laboratories.
4. Industrial Training Institute, at Phagi, volunteers can work as
Instructor or Trainer in the Vocational Training in –
(a) Electrical Department
(b) Mechanical Department
(c) Computer (IT Department)
Volunteer can perform various duties in operational and
